I joined as one of the first designers during a period of rapid growth, contributing to the design system, leading work on major features, and doing research into how sales teams and buyers actually operated so the product could reflect that.

I was the sole designer, having joined as the 7th team member of the very small start-up company. I owned the full customer-facing experience across web and mobile, built the design system from scratch, and worked closely with engineering and leadership to make a bare-bones product feel approachable.
